We started Neglegance to offer quality nail treatments for people who care about the health of their natural nails. We wanted to create a place where each treatment is done thoroughly and tailored to the client, so they can enjoy beautiful nails without lasting damage.

At Neglegance, you can enjoy a calm, quiet setting and professional care tailored to your needs. We explain every step of your treatment and stay in touch afterwards to make sure everything is going well. You can also plan your nail design with us before your appointment, free of charge.

When you arrive, we first check the condition of your nails and whether the treatment you booked is suitable for them. If it could put your nails at risk, we'll explain why and talk through your options. Then we choose a design together, making sure any ideas you sent us beforehand suit you.

Usually, yes. We time return visits to help protect your natural nails. Removal and manicure are generally quicker, and because we already know your nails, we can work more efficiently.

You can find our full list of services in the “Let's find treatment for you” section of our website. Select the “Book for [price]” button next to your chosen service, and you will be redirected to Reservio, where you can see all available appointments. Choose the time that suits you, enter your personal details, and select “Confirm booking”. You will receive an email with your booking details, followed by another email once we have confirmed your appointment.

Yes. We will email you a reminder with all the relevant details one day before your appointment.

You can manage your appointment through your confirmation email. Select “Annuller” at the bottom of the email to open a page where you can reschedule or cancel your appointment. Alternatively, you can contact us using the details in your confirmation email.

Appointments must be booked at least 15 hours before the scheduled time.

Appointments must be cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.

Payment is made at the end of your appointment. You can pay by MobilePay or in cash. If you are paying in cash, please bring the exact amount, as we are unable to provide change. Please note that we do not accept card payments.

No, you do not need to pay a deposit when booking an appointment at our nail salon.

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may not have enough time to create the design you requested.

If you miss several appointments without letting us know, you will no longer be able to book an appointment with us.

We prefer clients to arrive at their scheduled appointment time. If you arrive early while another client is still being treated, you will need to wait until your appointment begins.

Yes. The salon is located directly beside the car park, making it easy to access for wheelchair users.

We are only a few minutes from Viborg Storcenter, so you can easily reach us by bus, car or bicycle.

Yes. Free parking is available directly in front of Neglegance.

No. Parking is free, and spaces do not need to be reserved.

If a nail breaks within one week of your appointment, we will repair it free of charge. After the first week, a repair costs 60 DKK per nail.

If you have a fungal infection, onycholysis, a weeping nail, or another visible nail condition, we may be unable to carry out the treatment. This is for your safety.

At Neglegance, we use clean and sanitised tools for every client. All reusable tools are thoroughly disinfected and sterilised, while single-use items are discarded after each treatment.

Shellac is ideal if your natural nails are in good condition and you want a thin, elegant, and natural-looking finish without significant added strength.

Shellac usually lasts for 2 to 3 weeks. The exact wear time depends on the condition of your natural nails, your work and lifestyle, how you use your hands, and how you care for your nails at home.

Shellac is removed using a gentle soak-off method. The product is softened and carefully removed.

No. Shellac is designed for natural nails and cannot be used to add length. If you would like longer nails, gel or another nail extension technique will be more suitable.
